We strive to provide the best possible service. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we issue refunds.

1. Temporary Numbers (SMS Activation)

We offer a strict refund policy for our temporary number services to ensure you only pay for what works.

Automatic Refund Guarantee

If a temporary number you purchased does not receive an SMS code within the activation period (usually 20 minutes), the transaction will be automatically cancelled, and the funds will be instantly returned to your account balance.

You do not need to contact support for these refunds; the system handles them automatically to ensure a seamless experience.

2. Virtual Phone Numbers (Monthly Rentals)

Virtual number subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the number has been provisioned and activated. However, we may consider refunds in the following cases:

  • The number is non-functional due to technical issues on our end that cannot be resolved within 48 hours.
  • The number was provisioned incorrectly (e.g., wrong country or area code).

Refund requests for monthly subscriptions must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase.

3. Usage Credits

Unused account balance credits are generally non-refundable but do not expire as long as your account remains active. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., account closure), we may refund unused credits at our discretion, subject to a processing fee.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund that was not processed automatically, please contact our support team via the Contact Page or email us directly. Please provide:

  • Your account email address.
  • Transaction ID or Order ID.
  • A detailed explanation of the issue.

We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.
